Amazing Is'nt It?

Doctors: The number of physicians in the U.S. is 700,000 . Accidental deaths caused by physicians per year are 120,000. Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171 (statistics courtesy of the U.S. Dept of health and human Services).

Guns: The number of gun owners in the United states is 80,000,000. (yes, that's 80 million) The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups, is 1,500. The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .00018. (Statistics courtesy of the FBI).

So, statistically, Doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners. Remember, Guns don't kill people, Doctors do.

FACT:NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR.

We must ban doctors before this gets completely out of hand!!!!! Out of concern for the public at large, I withheld the statistics on lawyers for fear the shock would cause people to panic and seek medical attention

YOU HAVE MY SUPPORT!!!! WE MUST STOP THIS BEFORE IT GOES ANY FURTHER!!!

These statistics are horrifying, and I for one have determined to start the ball rolling on getting these medical einstines out of practice! After we have done with them, we must move on to the lawyers in a gigantic effort to make this world a safer place!!!

And I also vote that before we get rid of the doctors, we have them examine and treat the gun law fanatics in this country, especially Washington. :-D

That was HILARIOUS (but unfortunately true)! So, who is the very witty poster of this blog, or was it a group effort?
